1. We are committed to providing a top quality “product” for the enjoyment and comfort of our guests.
   
   
2. We wish to ensure that guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive or if possible from making first contact and reservation and throughout their stay.
   
   
3. All our guest rooms are on our second floor ( North American third floor) this involves three landing turns in the stairs. There are 37 steps from the ground floor hall to the guest rooms.
   
   
4. Two guest rooms are accessed by right-angled turns from a short and narrow corridor.
   
   
5. The guest showers have 10 inch steps. The guest bath edge is 20 inches from the bathroom floor.
   
   
6. Light Switches and electrical Sockets meet modern building standards in the Guest Rooms
   
   
7. The garden path has a slight rise to the front door.
   
   
8. The front porch has a slate step about 3 inches high and the threshold is a marble step about 2 inches in height.
   
   
9. Registered Assistance Dogs with Dogs for the Disabled are welcomed.
   
   
10. All catering is contracted out to nearby establishments who will have their own Access Statements.
    
    
11. There are no car parking facilities although on street parking is free and there are some yellow lined areas where Blue Badge holders might alight from vehicles.
    
    
12. There is a Bus Stop about 10 yards from the front gate, there is a frequent service.
    
    
13. The City Centre is about 10 minutes away.
    
    
14. The Railway and Bus Stations are about 18 minutes away.
    
    
15. Mobile telephone coverage is generally good in the area.
